All the meat we sell is slaughtered and process in USDA slaughterhouse, vacuum sealed and frozen for freshness. 

We are currently using an intensive grazing system meant to rest large parts of the pasture longer than usual while encouraging the re-establishment of a wider variety of plants from the native seed bank in the intensively grazed areas.  The aim being to increase plant and ecosystem diversity for ecosystem resilience and a more varied livestock diet.
